Germany:

• DHL: €4.95 within Germany - insured with tracking included; Free shipping for orders over €50.00.

EU (European Union):

• €7.95 within the EU - insured with tracking included; Free shipping for orders over €100.00.

Delivery Time

We strive to get the goods to you as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding that a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days (within Germany) and 2 to 8 business days (within the European Union) may occur for logistical reasons. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking number.

Return/Refund

Returns are possible. You can return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is covered by your right of withdrawal. The costs are to be borne by you. Please return items in a suitable package to:

A prerequisite for the full refund is that you have only used the goods for testing purposes, necessary to verify their condition, properties, or functionality, and that you have returned them to us in full. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods.

If you are not at home, the delivery agent will leave a notice that the package will be redelivered or can be picked up at the package center. Packages are stored for approximately 7 days before being returned to us. The additional costs for the return shipment (in case of non-reachability) will be charged to you.
