The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). This "OS platform" is intended to help companies and consumers resolve disputes about contractual obligations from purchase or service contracts concluded online out of court. The OS platform can be accessed at the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The seller is generally not willing and obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
